Mark was amazing! From the first time I sat with him, he truly did make me feel as if I were family as their company logo states. He worked with me to help design a monument for my Aunt and once the initial design was complete he reviewed it with me again for any changes or modifications, however slight. Once the final design was approved, the monument arrived within the specified time frame and subsequently installed. The final product exceeded all of my expectations and is truly BEAUTIFUL! Mark is a true professional who is compassionate and understanding, especially to those during a difficult time. If I could leave 100 stars I would! Saracino Monument Company was so attentive during an incredibly difficult time in my family's life. We had just buried my mom and needed an inscription done on her headstone. I didn't expect the inscription to be complete for a least a few weeks, however Mark had it done earlier and in time for Mother's Day. Mark was attentive, empathetic and made sure to take care of every detail and need. The customer service and quality of their work is second to none!
