THE SARACINO FAMILY DIFFERENCE
Conscientious craftsmanship and bespoke designs.
MADE IN NEW YORK.
MADE IN NEW YORK.
We are more than just an everyday monument dealer.
WE ARE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED, WITH NEARLY A CENTURY OF EXPERIENCE IN STONE.
WE ARE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED, WITH NEARLY A CENTURY OF EXPERIENCE IN STONE.
Here is how our company differentiates itself:
1. Artistic Design Concepts.
We place a significant emphasis on artistic creation and deep, thoughtful design concepts. Every person has his or her own unique personality, and each individual family has certain values around faith, taste, and how they decide to honor a loved one lost.
Our designers go above and beyond in creating an individual plan that captures the essence of all of this. We utilize highly skilled artists and granite artisans who can recreate any photo, image, or design that is presented to them, and transpose this onto a monument. Stone is all that we do - it's our pride, our passion, and our expertise. Come and see how sitting with a granite professional compares when shopping for your stone. |
2. Finest Quality Raw Material.
Stone begins in a quarry, deep beneath the earth. Our relatives have owned physical granite quarries right here in New York and the Hudson Valley for generations. We are able to decipher, better than anyone else, between good granite and bad granite (yes, there is a difference). Our granite specialists have scoured various regions, both domestically and abroad, to detect only the finest monument-grade granite reserves, to craft and create our final products with. That is why we deal only with the most reputable, honest and respected quarries in existence today.
We live in a region (the Northeast) that is exposed to significant climate changes throughout the year, and each stone we sell is prepared to endure these changes for all of eternity. Our industry-leading warranty provides peace-of-mind against what can occur if a stone is sourced from a 'bad' quarry: micro-fissures that may crack in time, color changes (i.e. grey granite that might be sourced from inexpensive quarries in China, which can turn black over time; iron/rust or calcite deposits that may appear over time in subpar stone), and fading, extreme moisture absorption, and disintegration. Know your stone, and know its origin! For example, we never, ever, ever carry or sell any "imitation" Barre grey stone from Asia, and try to market it to our customers as being a genuine Barre Vermont Grey stone. Unfortunately, this is becoming a common practice allowing some monument dealers to offer low-cost items and retain higher profits - but it doesn't happen here. |
3. Convenience + Customer Care.
Convenience is one of our founding principles.
We offer 24/7 availability for in-person or video-conference consultations. With a showroom in Putnam County NY, offices in Westchester County NY, and a full-scale factory in the Bronx NY, we are able to make appointments that are flexible to both schedule and geographic location. We are also willing to make house calls, and discuss your monument plan from the comfort of your own home. In addition, we oftentimes suggest meeting with families in an actual cemetery, one of the greatest inspiration galleries around. We will walk through each aisle of graves with you, and spend hours if needed, discussing your visions and desires. For a true hands-on experience, we invite our customers for tours of the New York City monument factory, by appointment only, to witness, first-hand, the incredible and meticulous process of monument fabrication. |
4. Compassion + Respect.
4. Our motto is, "We treat you like family." Coming from a large Italian-American family ourselves, we know what it means to treat others with more than just dignity and respect. Our customers become a part of our extended family, as we place great pride in being a part of one of the most important and permanent purchases you may ever make. |
5. Precision Craftsmanship.
We promise to deliver QUALITY MATERIAL and UNMATCHED CRAFTSMANSHIP. After the granite blocks get into our hands from the stone quarries, the process of excellence is only beginning. Our granite artisans not only take pride in their craft, but each of us feel a certain level of honor, as this is a very specialized, spiritual and meaningful line-of-work.
From the graphic artists who work on the CAD sketches and computer renderings, to the shapers, sandblast booth operators, hand carvers, etching artists, truck drivers and installation crews, our stones are the product of a true team effort. Not one detail is overlooked when your purchase moves through our design and fabrication process. We stand by all of our products and our work with a full perpetual warranty, that never expires. The purchase of a monument is a significant cost for many families; we believe that peace-of-mind is essential. This is a purchase that will sit atop your family's true 'forever home' - and honor the lives and legacies of your cherished loved ones. |
6. Fair Pricing.
We strive to keep our pricing as competitive and fair as possible. We accept all forms of payment, including credit cards, without charging our customers an added fee; and we even extend installment payment plans to suit one's budget.
Most importantly, we are proud to offer SPECIAL DISCOUNTS TO CURRENT AND FORMER SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN (Active Military and Veterans, First Responders, Police, Fire, EMS, Nurses and Doctors). For those who have made the sacrifice of safety and security to bravely help others in need, and those who have courageously fought for our Country, we offer a discount from our retail prices on all products.
